02Purpose of Processing
Personal data you send us by email is processed to evaluate your request, respond to you, and, where applicable, carry out the quoting process.
03Categories of Personal Data Processed
Identity and contact details you include in your email (e.g. name, email address, phone number, company details) and the content of your message.
04Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data is not shared with third parties, domestically or abroad, unless required by law.
05Method and Legal Basis for Collection
Your personal data is collected when you email us, and is processed under KVKK Article 5/2-c and on the basis of the explicit consent formed by sending that message.
06Your Rights Under KVKK Article 11
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about it; learn whether it is used in line with its purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad; request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly; request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK; and request that these actions be notified to any third parties to whom the data was transferred.
